SHIPPING & DELIVERY
– Domestic order delivery in 2-4 days. Worldwide order delivery in 3-10 days depends on region/country. Some countries are not eligible for shipping. Please contact our customer service team for more details
– If an item is marked as pre-order or back-order, please contact us via email to check the product availability before making a purchase.
– Shipping cost depends on the weight of the parcel and regions
– Please note that deliveries are only made on working days.
– We will provide you with the tracking number via email for your convenience
– Product price displayed do not include all imported taxes and customs duties as the delivered duty paid (DDP) is not allowed in your shipping country/region. Recipients must pay the duties and taxes upon import, which may lead to shipping delays and an extra fee.
– Once the order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been provided, LATUI is no longer responsible for any issues during delivery.
If the carrier has contacted the customer and/or a delivery time has been agreed upon, all responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier and the recipient.
Please monitor your shipment and contact the carrier directly if needed.
– In the event of a dispute, valid proof of successful delivery provided by the Seller (including but not limited to carrier confirmation or delivery records) will be used as the primary basis for resolution.
Orders confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier will not be eligible for claims of non-receipt.
– Once a tracking number has been provided, the Buyer is solely responsible for completing all import procedures, including customs clearance and payment of any applicable duties and taxes.
Failure to comply within the required timeframe may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or disposed of by authorities in the destination country, in accordance with local regulations.
The Seller shall not be liable for any resulting loss, and such cases will not be eligible for dispute or claims related to non-delivery.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
– Shop at a physical store: You have 1 days from the date of purchase.
– We do not accept returns except for product defects.
– For the exchange, items must be in their original condition, has not been used and include all labels.
– You have to make the exchange in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

1. Exchange conditions
Customers must inspect the condition of the goods and can request an exchange at the time of delivery or receipt in the following cases:
– The product does not match the type of the order placed or shown on the website at the time of ordering.
– The product is torn, damaged, has material errors, or seam errors that are the manufacturer’s responsibility.
– The product must be in their original condition and include all labels.
– The product has not been used, washed, or damaged. -
2. Regulations for Notification and Exchange of Products
– You must notify us of a return immediately after receiving the product.
– The product must be returned within 1-2 days of receipt for domestic customers. 3-7 days of receipt for international customers.
– Products can only be exchanged for a different size or color within the same product code, and this can only be done once.
– If the exchanged product has a lower or equal value, we will not refund the difference.
– If the exchanged product has a higher value, you must pay the difference.
– Return shipping costs due to personal reasons will be covered by the customer
– Returns are not accepted for personal reasons. If you want a refund, we will only refund 70% of the product value after deducting the incurred expenses.
– Returns and exchanges are not applicable for promotional products (items on sale).
– We will charge a fee for exchanging to a larger size outside of the size chart. If you have any comments or complaints about product quality, please contact our customer service.
